I need help with time capsule

Here’s a quick excerpt
… ten times faster than my old router, but my iphone cant find it on the network list. It doesn’t even show up in stumbler. Is my time capsule blocking my phone? EDIT: forgot to tell you its a secured network, could that be the problem?
